Delaney Goldsworthy

Delaney Goldsworthy brings over five years of nonprofit experience to her role as Executive Assistant and Operations Manager at Grovewood. With a strong foundation in administrative support, program coordination, and internal operations, she helps keep the organization running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting the Executive Director and broader team. 

Before joining Grovewood, Delaney served as Senior Program and Engagement Coordinator at the American Transplant Foundation, where she played a central role in coordinating programs, supporting fundraising efforts, and managing executive logistics. She is known for her calm, solutions-oriented approach and her ability to keep multiple priorities moving forward with care and clarity. 

Delaney is deeply motivated by mission-driven work and brings both compassion and efficiency to everything she does. She’s excited to support Grovewood’s work in expanding access to affordable housing and building healthier, more connected communities.
