Annually, we distribute over 60 backpacks filled with school supplies for students in our communities. With support from Alliance for Professional Women, we are able to cover the cost of roughly 20 backpacks. In 2026, we anticipate needing an additional 45 backpacks to meet the needs of the households we serve.

Our on-site food pantries serve over 350 households, providing nutritious, high-quality options to residents in need. Pantries are stocked with canned goods, cereals, grains, seasonings, oils, nuts, dried fruit, coffee, and more. We also provide grocery gift cards to help offset grocery expenses, recognizing that everyone deserves the autonomy to choose the foods they prefer.

Two of our properties maintain pantries stocked with personal care items for over 220 households. Residents can access everyday essentials including first aid kits, deodorant, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary items, soap, and laundry detergent – reducing the financial burden of maintaining these basic supplies.

In 2025, we estimate distributing 250 Thanksgiving bags filled with shelf-stable holiday foods and a gift card for a turkey. These donations help families celebrate a meaningful holiday tradition.

Transportation is a critical need for residents to access work, school, medical appointments, and community resources. Residents can request RTD bus ticket books, each containing 10 tickets. We distribute approximately 200 books annually, supporting seniors, people with disabilities, and people from diverse backgrounds.
